We currently manage two active quarries, the first located in “Seccarezze” from which large blocks have been extracted for over thirty years, used for cutting slabs of different thicknesses using multi-blade cutters, and the second located in Crivella Superiore, which we have been managing since 1940, constituting a source of rough blocks of equally high quality but with slightly different physical and mechanical properties.
Great attention goes into the quality of the material extracted, which is preferably cut using diamond wire and expansive mortar rather than explosives.
